Humm.. I can't really decide what to do, lately i've been wanting to draw Kiume and actually finally start her story. ._. I think it's time I started drawing/writing about her. I just don't know where to start haha.

wrote all her stories which included Ryu and Kiume in them, but they don't really act the way I envisioned them.. (Not that I'm mad or upset about it, her stories are amazing, honest, go read them. Or I'll stab-face you! j/k) She's my best friend so YEA.

But yea, I want to start her comic. @_@ It's just so confusing where it starts and where it ends. Partially because I am not sure who she ends up with in the end. Most likely NOT Ryu/Reilyn (who didn't really exist in my original storyline anyways, until he was "needed".) She originally was supposed to end up with this dragon, green/purple eyes with white/black hair. Whose name I was debating on being Ryu, but then I ended up discussing the story with Tak and we thought Ryu should be Keefer/Kairo's twin..

Either way I dunno how I am going to end it. I am kind of debating on the dragon dude, Or maybe borrowing Amerin <3. Baha. I dunno. We'll see what happens.

So, the other night I was talking to my "partner" on the comic, who happens to be my boyfriend and hopefully the next Walt Disney. (He's alot similar to how Walt started off, fyi if you didn't know.. Walt Disney couldn't draw but he always had fantastical Ideas and an eye for success?) Anyways, We decided on how we were going to start the comic, because I asked him to help me out on it and well he doesn't like the idea of a romance type of comic HOWEVER because my idea got so many good reviews from alot of people, he changed his mind. Especially when I got approval from a few really good artists at the school who are graduating this quarter. Anyways. I drew a few of the chapter covers, a character design, and the first two pages of the comic. I will not be posting my comic up UNTIL I have at least 10 pages drawn out so that way I don't fall behind.. As well as we will probably be designing a website for the comic, however the website won't probably be up for quite sometime because well websites cost money..And we don't have money yet.

So, I'm having issues with my new comic..and it actually has nothing to do with the storyline for once. I've got that pretty much planned out and nailed down. It's the style of the work itself that I'm not so sure about, and am being skeptical.. So I drew some stuff over the past few months and I'd like to know what you guys like, and think I should continue to draw for this comic im working on. My boyfriend absolutely HATES Anime but, he tries to encourage me (sometimes). Which is ironic because if he gets me mad I just say, "you don't have much of a right to be skeptical about my work.. for one you don't even draw anime and refuse to try so you can't say its easy. And for two you can't draw at all, so I don't want to hear it. (at least not yet, hes getting better). Last night he told me to redraw my character that I doodled because her arms and legs were to pointy at the corners and he didn't like that. I told him its my new style and personally I like the way it makes the character look. Sometimes you have to over-exaggerate parts to get a nice look to it. I mean not ALL styles are the same thats what makes art unique. He likes the generic anatomically correct stuff I guess.. you know..life drawings. I don't do life drawings! though i've gotten better, I like the cartoony feel to my works. Thats why I became an artist gosh dangit! But yea...We were watching a film on Walt Disney, and I was inspired to draw semi-disney princess style. So I came up with the few character on the bottom..the ones on the top are just my normal style..well the ones on the left that is..the one on the right is my new style thats more close to what my boyfriend likes...which urks me a bit because I can't seem to revert back!! (without references).. So please leave me your comments either here or on my scrap for which style you like and think I should do for the comic! THANKS!

So..I've decided that apparently I'm better at Traditional art than I am at Media Art i.e. (photoshop&corelpainter&opencanvas) and my storyboarding final which I will be posting online once its done, is going to be either done in guache paint or touch markers. But then again I'm not entirely sure because I want a portfolio piece out of this! >.< However I've looked over the two finished pieces i did in photoshop and i'm really not liking them as much as I want to.. So I'm going to TRY and get all of this done in.. a week and half.. hopefully I'll be able to get all of my 3-D modeling done today so I have an entire two weeks to finish this project...as well as my car...and my broadcast graphics stuff...crap.. I should probably record for broadcast graphics today >.O Ugh. Next quarter I swear i'm going to be more orderly than this quarter!

Anyways other than that, I'm running low on funds in my savings.. I hate spending that money but sometimes I dont have a choice if I have to purchase school supplies. >.O I'm hoping that over break maybe i'll be able to start up my comic or produce some really nice pieces that people on deviantART will start taking notice of me and I can open up commissions. But we'll see with how busy/lazy i've been haha. I do know that a story i'm currently working on alot of people like.. So it MIGHT get some big hits depending.. Anyways thats about all..
